Please take some time to look at the BDSM Sessions page and the Frequently Ask Questions BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM BELOW. This will give you an idea of the things in which I entertain as well as answer many of your questions. If there is something not listed that you might like to try then ask Me within your Clientele Session Request form but be aware that I have My own personal boundaries and limits. Many answers to your questions will be found there. If you end up asking Me questions found on these pages I may consider you a time waster and choose not to entertain you.

NEWS REGARDING IRL SESSION DURING COVID-19

Due to Covid-19, I have made some changes to when I am seeing clients and how often. I am only seeing a few clients a week and 1 client per day. Some services are off the table like foot worship, gags, spitting, and other things that require saliva exchange or removal of a required medical face mask. However that doesn't mean our time will not be exciting.

I am still and always have been using medical grade cleaners to clean furniture, gear, and all surfaces even if they have been used or not after each session, including fogging the walls and all surfaces. I want everyone to stay healthy! ​

Note the Following when Sessioning with Mistress Jada Sinn

I normally require at least 32 hours notice for a session depending on My schedule. Same day appointments are NOT available. Returning clientele email Me directly for your next session. New clientele or those I have not seen in over a year filling out My session request form is the preferred way to get hold of Me for bookings.

Monday - Thursday 11am - 9pm 
Friday 11am - 7pm 
Saturday - Sunday 11am - 4pm
DEPOSITS REQUIRED
  • A holding deposit is required for ALL CLIENTELE which goes towards your final tribute amount owed. When paying deposits, you MUST send an electronic payment in the amount of $50.
  • A 25% deposit is required for ALL sessions 3 hours or longer or for Double Domme sessions. your deposit must be paid to finalize your booking. All deposits go towards final tribute amounts but are non-refundable if you cancel.
  • If you cancel your session and/or do not reschedule within a week of your original session date, your deposit will act as a $50 cancellation fee to stay within in good standing. 

What Mistress Jada Sinn Expects from Her Clientele 

  • Are you a New client? Pay your $50 holding deposit is required for ALL sessions with ALL clientele. you will be required to send an electronic payment in the amount of $50.
  • you MUST confirm your session 2 hours before your appointment time by phone call so I know you are definitely coming and will at that time My exact address. 
  • Make sure that you arrive on time. Early arrival is not acceptable as I may still be preparing for O/our session together. Under these circumstances make your way to a nearby coffee shop to ‘kill time’ there or wait in your car. Calls from a number which is NOT withheld.
  • If you are coming to Me for the FIRST TIME there is an essential pre-session consultation for all NEW clientele, as I will need time to sit with you and discuss your preferences on your Session Request form you submitted to Me prior, go over health issues, the safe word etc.This does not intrude into the actual ‘play’ time. However, the consultation will last for no more than is necessary before the fun begins. 
  • I also highly recommend that you bring a small gift to show your devotion. I suggest looking at My Wish Lists on Amazon.com.
  • Always be honest, obedient, respectful, and well-mannered in My Dungeon.
